Ordering

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. mainland.
Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Please note: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Important Notice for U.S. Customers:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs, additional customs duties or taxes may apply to your order. These charges are not included in your order total.

However, if you are charged import duties or customs fees upon delivery, Kito Cups will reimburse 50% of the paid tariff as a store credit for your next purchase.
Please email us at info@kitocups.com with the following within 7 days of payment:

· A clear photo or PDF of your customs receipt or import duty invoice

· A copy or screenshot of your payment confirmation (e.g., credit card or PayPal record)

Once verified, we’ll issue your store credit within 3–5 business days.

We aim to respond within 12 hours on business days.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

What Is Your Return Policy?

We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged during transit or have quality issues.
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package, along with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Because our pieces are handmade in small batches, many items are one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities. In some cases, there may not be a second piece available for replacement. When this happens, we will provide a store credit for the value of the damaged item.

If you have any concerns or questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We’re always happy to help and want you to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing from KITO CUPS.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your account as store credit.

Customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes are not refundable once charged.
