Lamps

This porcelain painting is one of September Porcelain Painting’s most signature collections — the “Lamps” series.
The piece measures 11 cm x 11 cm, perfectly square, and comes with a wooden frame. The back is covered with black velvet and includes a hook for easy wall hanging.

The artist loves to paint lamps, because as she says:

“I don’t borrow light from others — I am my own sun, illuminating the path ahead.”

Each piece in this collection celebrates that independent glow. It’s also perfect for collectors who love decorating their walls with unique and meaningful artworks.

We currently have two variations — Lamp with a deep green background and Lamp with a beige background.

The green version features a fully glazed surface, and because this shade of green is especially difficult to achieve during firing, it is also rarer and more precious.

The beige version has a matte background, while the lamp itself is glazed, creating a beautiful contrast of textures and a sense of artistic depth.

The artist is best known for her mastery of high-temperature colored glaze porcelain painting, a technique that uses colored glazes on ceramic clay, then completes the artwork through high-temperature kiln firing. The metal oxides within the glaze create exquisite, ever-changing colors and textures, influenced by the thickness of the glaze, how it overlaps, and even where it’s placed inside the kiln.

Because of this unpredictable process, no two pieces are ever exactly the same. You may notice delicate natural lines or subtle differences in glaze flow — these are not flaws but the marks of authentic handcraft, making every piece truly unique and one of a kind.

Each painting is an exquisite embodiment of craftsmanship and individuality, radiating both warmth and artistic charm.
